The finest location in all of East Hampton belongs to The Huntting Inn, nestled in the heart of the oceanfront village considered among the most beautiful in America. The Huntting Inn is steeped in history and tradition. Home of the famed Palm Restaurant and its internationally-lauded cuisine, The Huntting Inn enjoys an unrivaled reputation for hospitality, comfort and good taste - winter, summer, spring and fall.

Today, the historic landmark possesses all of the charm and hospitality cultivated for more then two centuries.

The Huntting Inn, home of the famed Palm Restaurant and renowned Inn, is one of the most beautiful and historic landmarks in East Hampton, New York. The Reverend Nathaniel Huntting began building what was to be his home in 1699, and then half a century and several additions later, his wife turned their home into a "Publick House," and it has been accepting guests ever since. Located on East Hampton's Main Street, which National Geographic has named one of the most beautiful Main Streets in America, the serenity and comfort of the Huntting Inn makes it the perfect country retreat any time of the year.

The serenity and comfort of a classic country retreat. Picturesque grounds boldly adorned with majestic, towering elms and maples. The warm-spirited ambience of one of America's best restaurants. Gracious accomidations in nineteen guest bedrooms. all with air conditioning, private bath, television and direct-dial telephone. Amiable service and attention to detail-all within the white picket fences of The Huntting Inn.

The guestrooms of the Huntting Inn, with wall-to-wall carpeting have brass, wooden, or iron bedsteads, cotton chintz wall coverings and plush quilts. Are all in walking distance of beaches, shops, movies, and restaurants. At the Huntting Inn, we happily provide Parking Passes to East Hampton's celebrated beaches for our guests. All 19 rooms have private baths, air conditioning, television and phone. A continental breakfast of fresh muffins and pastries, bagels, coffee and fresh fruit is served each morning from 8:30AM to 10:30AM. Call for special off-season (November through March) rates and packages.

Whether it be the golden foliage and the warm breezes of the fall or the simple elegance of Main Street during the Holiday season with its rows of lighted trees glistening in the snow as you look out your window from the warm Huntting Inn, you will be engulfed by the serenity that is East Hampton. Or perhaps it's the blooming flowers of Spring at the Huntting Inn's English Garden or the bustle of East Hampton, a true beach community, during the summer months that brings you to the Huntting Inn. No matter what time of the year you visit the Huntting Inn, your stay will be one that you won't soon forget. We ensure that each guest of the Huntting Inn leaves us with a memorable experience to take home with them.
