    Andrei Caciula, General Manager
    Andrei Caciula is the current General Manager at The Palm Restaurant Atlanta and has a deep history with the restaurant. After moving to the United States from Chisinau, Moldova at the age of 21, Caciula began working at The Palm Atlanta as a busboy under the guidance of the famous Willy Cellucci. He then worked his way up to becoming the Assistant General Manager at The Palm West Side in New York and is now the General Manager and Sommelier for The Palm Atlanta. Caciula has a passion for hospitality, wine and history and uses these skills when suggesting and pairing wines for diners to enjoy. He currently resides in Atlanta with is beautiful wife and daughter.

    Chris Cannizzaro, Executive Chef
    Executive Chef Chris Cannizzaro possesses more than 20 years of culinary experience in major markets, including New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia and the Hamptons in New York. Cannizzaro has been with The Palm Restaurant for 17 years - joining The Palm Restaurant Atlanta in 1998 - and in addition to his chef duties, he oversees all aspects of kitchen operations and its staff. Cannizzaro's love of cooking led him through all levels of the restaurant business, from country clubs to quaint brasseries, and on to Johnson and Wales University, where he graduated with honors. Since joining The Palm Atlanta, Cannizzaro has been a featured chef on CNN cooking segments, a longstanding top chef at Atlanta's annual High Museum Wine Auction Vintner's Reception and has been instrumental in earning the restaurant local media acclaim, including “Best Business Lunch in Atlanta” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and “Best Place to Spot a Celebrity” by Atlanta Magazine. In 2015 he was given the Louis “Gigi” Delmaestro Hospitality Award, an award created to recognize individuals in The Palm that define the spirit of hospitality instilled and handed down through the years by the Ganzi and Bozzi families. Cannizzaro currently resides in the Atlanta area with his wife Stephanie, sons Joseph and Joshua, and daughter Isabella.

    Mary Bennett, Sales Manager
    Mary Bennett is the Sales Manager at The Palm Restaurant Atlanta and comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the Atlanta food scene. She began as a server at Maggiano’s in 1998, moving from the dining room to Maître D, and finally landing as a banquet sales manager where her passion for the industry and people flourished. Bennett joined the team at The Palm Atlanta in 2012 as the Event Planner and Sales/Marketing Manager. She currently resides in Marietta with her husband, two daughters and their dogs.
