Chris Gilman, General Manager
Christopher started at The Palm as a server assistant in 1984 at The Palm in Dallas, where he worked his way up to an assistant manager. In 1991, Chris was promoted to the flagship stores on Second avenue NYC where he became the Managing Director of the original Palm and Palm Too. He was the company's first Regional Director of Operations until 2001, at which time he was named the General Manager of Palm West in Times Square. Chris opened his own successful pan-Latin restaurant in 2008 in the West Village. After 7 years of successfully running his own business, Chris missed The Palm Family and returned to his passion of managing a family-owned and operated steakhouse.

Stalin Abreu, Executive Chef
Abreu was born in the Dominican Republic with big dreams aimed at the New York culinary scene. At a tender age of 18 to begin his culinary adventure where he developed his techniques as a chef working as a line cook at Angelo and Maxies. This is where his true passion for working with steaks cultivated. His attention to the meat and focus on fresh local ingredients lead him to Del Frisco’s steak house where he continued his development as a true steak master. Abreu’s passion for the industry is widely recognized and he was quickly promoted as a Sous chef and then Executive chef at Maxies Grill. He continued his career at restaurants including Vick and Anthony’s , Bond 45 NYC and The Palm where he has now found his home. Abreu’s philosophy is simplicity, using fresh and local ingredients. He spends most of his time in the kitchen coaching and developing new future chefs. In his spare time he enjoys playing with his son.

Michelle Welsh, Sales Manager
Michelle Welsh, Our new Catering Sales Manager has joined us from Washington. D.C. where she worked as a Catering Sales Manager for the past five years. She has over 15 years of experience in the service industry and is excited to join the team here at Palm Tribeca. She has an eye for detail and eagerness to help so you can feel comfortable leaving all the work for her so that you can enjoy yourself!
