Larry graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1977 with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Upon graduating, he accepted a management position at the famous Bakery Restaurant in Chicago owned by Chef Louis Szathmary. One year later, Larry joined ACES Entertainment Corp., which owned and operated five restaurants and nightclubs, as Vice President of Operations. After fourteen years Larry sold his interest in the partnership and went on to re-open the Chicago landmark Barneyâ's Market Club. Barneyâ's was a favorite watering hole for local politicians, as well as Chicago's Bulls and Blackhawks fans. In 1997, Larry joined Palm Restaurant Group and is currently the General Manager at The Palm in Las Vegas. He has been happily married to his wife Amy for over fifteen years and has a beautiful daughter named Claudia and a handsome son Spencer. When away from the restaurant, Larry likes to spend some quality time with his family, and maybe get in a round of golf or two.
