We cannot stop raving about the wonderful attributes of The Huntting Inn but we want to prove to you that we are not alone.  Below, please find some experts from actual customer letters we have recieved at The Inn.

"Thank you so much for your very thoughtful and wonderful service. I love staying at the Huntting. As an artist, I come out to the Hamptons to paint two or three times a year during the off-season. It is a quiet place to work and to recharge my batteries! The artistic history of the area is also very important to me.
Thank you for accomodating me with a reasonable room rate. Also, I appreciated the changes you have made to the breakfast room and lounge. Those spaces are now so fresh and more inviting.

"My husband and I moved back to New York from France about five years ago, and since then have been regular guests at the Huntting Inn. After trying probably all the hotels in the area, we would not stay anywhere else. From the wonderful and welcoming hotel owners and staff, to the impeccably clean rooms and great location, we truly consider the Huntting Inn our "Home in the Hamptons." Though we do have our "favorite" room, because of the lovely view of the historic East Hampton church from the window, we have stayed in several of the rooms over time, and all have been charmingly decorated and above all sparkling clean. The location is also ideal, true walking distance to the best shopping and restaurants of Main Street and Newtown Lane, as well as to Guild Hall, and the other historic sites. It's a short bike ride or drive to several ocean beaches and is a great hub for discovering all the charming towns of the East End. If you travel without a car, the Inn is located right at the Hampton Jitney stop, and if you are driving, there is ample parking, and the Inn will also provide you with the coveted Main Beach beach parking stickers in the summer months."

"The Huntting Inn was recommended to us by long-time residents of East Hampton. We were seeking a comfortable, friendly, service-oriented Inn with amenities and conveniences – for ourselves on our first visit to the town, and ultimately for a number of family and friends who attended our son’s wedding a few months later. The Inn exceeded our expectations on all counts. The staff is warm and accommodating. Having The Palm Restaurant provides all of the advantages of a larger hotel in a more intimate atmosphere. The rooms range from cozy and warm to large and luxurious. And the location is the most convenient for a walk through town and to the beach. Great place to stay!"

"I plan conferences for the largest communications company in the world and The Hunting Inn is by far the best venue I've used. I never write reviews like this, but here is a breakdown...
Staff- Amazing. Anything we needed we had. Last minute seating arrangements, print outs, and meal changes were all done with anyone flinching. They operated very smoothly and all of my guests felt comfortable with them. We even requested a special recipe be prepared from one of our attendees favorite websites and a staff member went to the market, bought the ingredients and made it for our lunch (with 2 hours notice).
Meeting Room- Perfect size for about 20 people. Our information is very sensitive so privacy was a concern. The staff made sure our area was blocked off and had no disturbances. Also, great direct sunlight.
Food- Perfect. Anything we wanted and any changes (see above) were made. The set up and removal was quiet and seamless, no noisy plates being placed - doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you have a conference it is.
Location - East Hamptons, doesn't get any better.
Prints - We do a lot of edits during our meeting and it's important for us to have a business center. This hotel does not have one, but I couldn't even tell. I'd email the staff new documents and in minutes they would quietly place them on a back table. p.s. Most hotels seem to want to nickel and dime me for everything and I didn't get that at all here. They were honest and always tried to work something out so we were all happy. "

"I have been using the Inn for over 15 years for lodging for fashion photography shoots and each and every time, it is a pleasure. From the first phone call to hold the rooms all the way through check out, it is smooth sailing. Photographers and editors and models alike have all enjoyed the charm and comforts of The Huntting Inn while on location. The parking area is ample, the Palm Restaurant right at the Inn, always a treat and so convenient to not have to travel out for dinner while working. The rooms are charming and over the years photographers will make a note of their favorite rooms so I can be be sure to reunite room and renter on future bookings. From a production point of view, The Hutting Inn has it all. Areas in the lobby to meet or do fittings if needed, great food, a charming bar, and patient and professional staff. They do their best to accommodate every need. Located in the heart of the village of East Hampton is also great as guests can come and go as they please and walk to the movies, shopping, dining, gyms, etc. Hoping other groups can get to know the staff and The Inn as I have and enjoy all that The Huntting Inn has to offer."
