    What are the Dedicated Member Services available to the 837 Club?
    As a member you have access to our Dedicated Member Services resource that is specific benefit for 837 Club only. They are available by email (837Club@endicottcomm.com) and phone (866-333-7256) to assist with any and all questions related to your membership. They are available Monday through Friday from 9am – 7pm EST.

     

    Can you remind me of the point accumulation process? Do I receive 837 points on wine/cocktail purchases?

    Points are accumulated at the rate of one point for every $1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding tax and gratuity. Please note that state laws may prohibit accumulation of points from alcohol purchases. If you have further questions or feel there is an error in your point balance, please contact Member Services at 837Club@endicottcomm.com or 866-333-7256. Members are not eligible for points on purchases made prior to enrollment.

     


    Do I receive 837 points for online purchases (Palm Paks, Gift Cards, etc)?

    Yes, you receive points for purchases made at http://www.thepalm.com/Store (excluding gift baskets) by providing your account number at checkout. Please note that we are unable to ship Palm Paks outside of the continental United States.

     


    How do I log in to my 837 account online?

    You can access your account online at http://www.thepalm.com/837-Club by logging in with your account number and pin. If you forgot your pin, you should first try the month and day of your birthday (e.g. if your birthday is March 15 your pin would be 0315). If you are still unable to log in, email Member Services at 837Club@endicottcomm.com or call 866-333-7256.

     

    Once logged in, you will be able to:

    • See available points
    • Access detailed account history
    • Update your address, email and other account information
    • Access reward details
    • Contact Member Services


    How do I qualify for the birthday lobster/entrée (Birthday Benefit)?

    Qualifying members receive a Birthday Benefit (certificate for one complimentary entrée up to a 3-pound lobster). As of November 1, 2013, in order to qualify for the Birthday Reward, you must have earned a minimum of 1,000 Points in the 12 months prior to your birth date by visiting a restaurant or making a qualifying purchase online. We monitor your accounts regularly and will automatically mail the certificate to you if you qualify. There is no need to contact us to request the Birthday Benefit, but it is in your interest to confirm with us that we have your current mailing address on file, so that you receive the certificate without delay. There is a limit of one Birthday Benefit per Club member per calendar year.

     

    I haven’t received my Birthday Reward Certificate. What do I do?

    You should receive your birthday certificate within 2 weeks of your birthday. If you have not received your certificate, please contact Member Services at 837Club@endicottcomm.com or 866-333-7256.

     


    My birthday is during the holidays and I am not always able to make it in before my birthday certificate expires. Is there anything I can do?

    Birthday certificates expire 60 days from the issue date. If you are unable to use the certificate before it expires, you can contact your local Palm to make a future reservation with a manager before the expiration date and we will accept your certificate.

     


    Is there a way I can receive more updates on my point balance and status?

    We are constantly working to improve our member communications, and we in the process of launching a series of emails that will automatically send you notices of your point balance and status leading up to your birthday and if you haven’t visited for a while. We are using your survey feedback to inform future enhancements, so stay tuned.

     


    I have not received my permanent membership card or I need a replacement. What do I do?

    If you are a new member, your permanent membership card should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of your join date. If you have not received your permanent membership card within 4 weeks, please contact Member Services 837Club@endicottcomm.com or 866-333-7256 and provide the membership number you were given when you enrolled. If you need a replacement card, please provide your account number when calling Member Services.

     


    I don’t live near a Palm but want to keep my 837 account and points active. What do I do?

    If you haven’t joined us in a while, we recommend that you call Member Services or go online to check your account status as your membership will expire after 18 months without card activity. If you are unable to visit us within 18 months and want to keep your account active, please contact Member Services at 837Club@endicottcomm.com or 866-333-7256. Restaurants do not have the ability to reinstate expired memberships.

     

     

    Should I identify myself as an 837 Member when making a reservation?

    We absolutely recommend this whether you are reserving by phone or online. As a courtesy we can also notate your 837 account number with your reservation, which allows us to issue points in case you forget your card.

     


    What if I forget my card or don’t have it with me when I visit?

    As suggested above, you can provide us with your account number when making your reservation (by phone or online), which allows us to issue points in case you forget your card. Not presenting your membership card at the time of purchase may delay point accumulation, as your transaction information must be provided to Member Services before your account can be credited.

     


    If I am dining with a fellow 837 member, can we both receive points?

    Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If a bill is paid by credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the 837 Club card. As a courtesy, if you are dining with one (or more) 837 Club members we will split the check so all members may receive points for their portion of the meal.

     


    Can I share an account with my spouse?

    The 837 Club program is intended for individual use only. Spouses may not share a membership. Points are non-transferable and non-divisible and may not be combined with other members’ accounts.

     


    What is the process for redeeming my 837 points?

    To redeem a reward, please call Member Services at 866-333-7256. Allow 14 days for certificate delivery. Restaurants cannot redeem points or issue reward certificates.

     


    How do I get my caricature on the wall?

    Once you achieve 15,000 redeemable points you are eligible for a private party and caricature package, which includes:

    • Private party at a Palm restaurant
    • Caricature placement at a Palm restaurant
    • $1,500 gift certificate for food and beverage
